Underfive?s Services Manager- 16hrs- £12.75 p/H - North London

Our highly reputable client based in North London has a requirement for high-calibre, experienced Underfive?s Services Manager.

The Role
The purpose of the post is to manage all underfive?s activities which includes delivering quality play activities and support sessions for carers, parents and childminders and other activities involving underfives. The Manager will work closely with other staff to achieve the aims of the project by enabling the children to participate in activities, such as art & crafts or educational activities. You will also arrange training sessions for childminders, carers and parents. Promote the work of other service users who work with underfives, by building partnerships with them and preparing funding applications for new and innovative services in partnership with other users.

To manage and administrate all under fives services. The role requires being responsible for ensuring that all projects meet Ofsted requirements for Early Years and assisting childminders with their registration.

Candidate Skills
?Candidates must have at least 3 years experience of working with children under five in an educational setting.
?Candidates must have at least 2 years experience of managing staff.
?You must have a Qualified First Aid certificate.
?Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Education
Applicants must have a NVQ in Childcare to at least level 3.
