Are you a good, experienced ASIC Design / Verification Engineer who would like to join a successful, expanding multimedia technology company to work on the next generation of digital signal processing technologies for multimedia/communication / graphics applications ? You must be able to demonstrate strong commercial skills in Digital ASIC design with VHDL/Verilog, Processor design, DSP. Synthesis etc. Target applications include mobile handsets, digital TV and navigation devices. If you are successful you will participate in the complete design cycle and make use of the latest EDA tools. You will have the chance to work on detailed specifications and then implement and verify RTL to demanding area, power and performance targets. Additional relevant experience includes: Digital ASIC design using VHDL and/or Verilog. Defining detailed design specifications. 2D and/or 3D graphics processing. DSP. CPU architectures. Digital video processing. Functional verification of complex designs. Design for low power. Synthesis & timing optimisation.
